IS SIMPLE MAKE UP FIT IF WE HAVE DARKER COMPLEXION?

Well, I don't know how to answer this question, but I saw the tendency of young Indonesians at leasts my two daughters to avoid a glitering make up even in the evening which I think a rather strong make up is important.
They always love to dress up, but rather reluctant to put on make up. I wonder whether this is a trend now among Indonesian youths, or just the laziness of my two kids.
For them, the most important is to firmly clean their make up before sleep and put some moisturizing on the face and the whole body. The cleansing is the most important step, either before sleep or in a day light after returning from shopping or from their work and campus.
The result is good enough, because they have moisted and very clean skin. May be this is a good tip also to follow, because it works for them, maybe for us too.

Angie. No make up before sleep

Dina, in hangouts, but still almost no make up.

KEBAYA, THE INDONESIAN TRADITIONAL DRESS

THE KEBAYA: The Indonesian ladies traditional and national dress.
By: Neneng Tarigan, BSD City, Indonesia.

Kebaya is a traditional dress most likely a traditional blouse worn by Indonesian women which is usually combined with a sarong or wrapper cloth as a substitute of skirt in western country.
It is hard to say where the sarong or the wrapper cloth type of wearing, originally come from, because we can see that type of wrapper cloth in Japan, in Nepal, in Egypt, in Malaysia, in Samoa in Indonesia, or in almost every country in the world! The same goes with Kebaya, to my very personal point of view, Kebaya is like a typical blouse in Spain, especially the one with embroidery or laces, or it looks also like a similar blouse type of Kebaya in Burma/Myanmar and Thailand, or if the Kebaya is a bit longer or up to knee length, it looks like Baju Kurung in Malaysia, Brunei or Vietnamese women traditional dress. Frankly speaking, it is not easy to trace back the origin of Kebaya. Anyhow, Kebaya has been taken as the Indonesian traditional and national dress, that every Indonesian lady from cities to sub urban ones, enjoyed wearing it.
Here are some examples why Indonesian ladies are very fond of wearing the Kebaya either to a big reception, to special occasions or even wearing it in their daily live. The reason is simple, to me, wearing the Kebaya, does not only gives women comfortability but also self confidence because they may look a bit slimmer and elegant.

Now, the choice is yours! Wherever you from, it is nice trying to wear the Kebaya, it is easy to modify and adjust it. You can feel the joy of wearing the Kebaya! Happy trying!

WHAT MAKES ITALIAN SHOES S0 SPECIAL?

Learning from Italian business spirit and experiences, I quote and modified an article from THE LATEST SHOE FASHIONS FOR SPRING-SUMMER 2011 ON SHOW IN HONG KONG AT “SHOES FROM ITALY” to grasp an idea in how to make our fashion business successful. Aggressive promotion, quality and fashion concern along with better service are all the key words of success!
Italian-made shoes, with their unequal design, first class materials, excellent fit and comfort was an outstanding main attraction of an independent exhibition organised by the Italian Trade Commission in collaboration with the trade association Anci in Hong Kong on 12th and 13th July.
The spotlights at the prestigious venue of the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel have had been focused on the new trends for spring and summer 2011. Make way, therefore, for shoes with a considerable heel and an open toe, to allow well-cared for feet with no fear of showing themselves to breathe freely, or for sandals and clogs that “play” with the light of rhinestones or with flowers, becoming an essential piece of clothing and often stealing the show.
The forty companies involved in the independent “Shoes from Italy” exhibition offered the demanding Hong Kong audience, which is well aware of the quality of Italian-made products, the most important latest designs, uniting innovation and creativity with the shoe-making tradition of important centers such as Vigevano, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Riva del Brenta. They always have something for all tastes: from comfortable shoes, ideal for women who are out of the house all day, to those for evening-wear, which are extremely high and elegant.
